By using Sleep Sunset, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter into this agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Your use is also subject to the applicable App Store rules and Apple Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different app license is presented through the App Store. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting provision here.
Using Sleep Sunset
Sleep Sunset provides ambient sounds, sound mixes, customizable screen colors, and a timed fade toward black. It is designed for compatible iPhone and iPad devices running iOS or iPadOS 18.0 or later. Features can depend on app version, device capability, and your access level.
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the app for personal purposes on devices permitted by the applicable App Store license. We and our licensors retain rights in the software, audio, branding, and other content. Do not redistribute or resell app content, infringe others’ rights, interfere with services, or circumvent access controls. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Prices and available purchases
The app is available to download without an upfront charge. Some features are offered through a Pro subscription. Available subscription options include weekly and yearly plans; promotional variants and trial eligibility may differ. A separate one-time Remove Ads purchase may also be offered. Removing ads alone does not unlock every Pro feature.

The amount, currency, billing period, included features, and any introductory or trial conditions are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you commit. Prices vary by country, currency, taxes, and offer. No single worldwide price applies. Review the actual offer before confirming; a weekly plan renews weekly and a yearly plan renews yearly.
Renewal, trials, and cancellation
Apple charges purchases to your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Renewal is charged according to Apple’s billing rules and the price disclosed for your plan. Where a free or discounted trial is offered, the subscription converts to the displayed paid plan unless you cancel in time. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial ends if you do not want it to renew.
Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sleep Sunset, or follow Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period; Apple may end trial access earlier. The subscription screen shows the applicable end date.
A one-time purchase does not automatically renew. Use the app’s Restore Purchases option with the Apple Account used for the original purchase to restore eligible access. Contact us if access does not match your purchase record.
Refunds and price changes
Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. See Apple’s refund instructions. Eligibility depends on Apple’s rules and applicable law; these terms do not exclude statutory refund or cancellation rights.
Offers and future prices may change. Changes to existing subscriptions follow Apple’s notice and consent requirements and applicable law. The price and renewal information shown by Apple for your subscription govern your next charge.
Relaxation, not medical treatment
Sleep Sunset is a relaxation tool, not a medical device, sleep monitor, diagnosis, or treatment for insomnia or another health condition. It does not detect when you fall asleep. Research about evening light is general background, not clinical evidence that Sleep Sunset improves sleep or guarantees a particular result.
Choose comfortable brightness and sound levels, place your device safely, and stop if use causes discomfort. Do not use the app when you need to remain alert. For persistent sleep problems, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Privacy and advertising
The privacy policy distinguishes settings stored on your device from purchase, diagnostic, attribution, advertising, and support information processed by the app’s services. Ad-supported use may display third-party advertising. Third-party destinations and services have their own terms. You do not have to provide location, contacts, microphone recordings, or health records to use the sunset and sound features.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the app reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every future device, or a particular sleep outcome. Updates may change features or compatibility. If a material change affects paid access, applicable consumer remedies remain available.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without additional guarantees beyond those required by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, incompatible equipment, or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or personal injury, or limits mandatory consumer guarantees.
Ending use, changes, and disputes
You can stop using and uninstall the app at any time; manage subscriptions separately through Apple. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a serious violation or protect service security, subject to applicable law and your paid-access rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, except that mandatory protections and court rights in your country of residence remain available. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Where permitted, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Dubai; this does not remove a consumer’s right to use a forum required by local law.
We may revise these terms and will update the date above. Material changes will receive notice where required. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
