Your evening routine is personal. This policy explains what stays on your device, what our service providers process, and how to make a privacy request.

Who is responsible
Sleep Sunset and this website are provided by FINDUS COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN LLC (“FINDUS”, “we”, or “us”), Saih Shuaib 3, WHP2-BLOCK-T COMMERCIAL 13-0, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact support@4ind.us about this policy or your information.
Your sunset settings
Sleep Sunset provides a timed screen fade, warm color choices, and ambient audio. Duration, custom colors, sound mixes, saved presets, onboarding status, and certain consent preferences are stored on your device. The app does not upload your chosen colors, sound mixes, or saved presets to a Sleep Sunset account or profile. The app does not require you to create a Sleep Sunset account.
The sunset and sound features do not record your microphone, track your location, read contacts or messages, or measure sleep stages or health data. The app plays bundled audio; it does not listen to you sleeping. Technical information processed by advertising services can include an approximate region inferred from an IP address.
Information processed by the app
- Purchases and access. Apple and RevenueCat process product identifiers, transaction and subscription status, purchase history, and an app user identifier to provide, restore, and verify access. Apple handles payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card number.
- Diagnostics. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports and associated installation, device, operating-system, and app-version information to help identify and fix failures.
- Measurement. Adjust measures app installations and sessions and receives purchase, subscription, and ad-revenue events. These events can include product, currency, amount, transaction identifiers, and the relevant ad network or placement. Meta SDK components also initialize in the app for app-event measurement. These SDKs can process technical identifiers and network information under the applicable consent settings. The app does not send its custom screen-interaction events to Adjust in the current configuration.
- Advertising. Ad-supported use involves AppLovin MAX and its advertising partners. They may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate region, consent signals, and ad requests, impressions, clicks, and related technical information. Partners and available ads vary by region and configuration.
- Support. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and information you choose to attach. The in-app support draft may include your app version and RevenueCat app user identifier. Review your message before sending; avoid including health information or other sensitive details.
See our service-provider list for provider names and their privacy information. Removing ads does not automatically disable purchase verification, attribution, or crash-reporting services.
Why information is used and shared
We use information to operate the app, verify access, respond to support requests, investigate crashes, protect against misuse, and measure and deliver advertising. We share relevant information with providers supporting those purposes. Some advertising providers also process information under their own privacy policies.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the purpose: performing our agreement for requested services; legitimate interests in security, reliability, and support where permitted; legal obligations; and consent for processing that requires it. Consent can be withdrawn without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
We may disclose information when required by law. We do not offer your personal information for cash. Advertising disclosures may nevertheless count as “sale”, “sharing”, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; the choices below apply.
Your choices and rights
On iPhone or iPad, review Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to control permission for cross-app tracking. Declining tracking does not stop all technical data processing or all advertising. Where presented, advertising-consent screens let you make additional choices. Contact us if you need help changing a consent choice that is not accessible in the app.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of covered advertising disclosures. Email support@4ind.us with “Sleep Sunset privacy request”. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority and, where applicable, appeal a decision on your request.
Uninstalling the app removes its local data, subject to your device backup settings. It does not automatically delete records held by service providers or cancel a subscription. See privacy choices for practical steps and terms for subscription management.
Retention, security, and international processing
We retain information for the purposes described here and for applicable accounting, legal, security, and dispute-resolution needs. Retention depends on the type of record and the provider processing it; local preferences generally remain until removed from the device. Contact us for information about a particular record or a deletion request.
We and our providers use safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country, in the countries where they operate. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as approved contractual terms or another legally permitted mechanism.
This website
This website does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or nonessential cookies. Its hosting service processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect pages, such as IP address, request time, requested page, and browser information. Following a link to the App Store or another website places you under that service’s privacy policy.
Children and policy updates
Sleep Sunset is intended for a general audience, not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Higher local age thresholds apply where required.
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
